New service offering empowers clients to organise and analyse their people data to make better business decisions and manage people risk

QED is the largest independent actuarial company in Africa, having provided actuarial and analytical services to clients across Africa and beyond for over 30 years. As part of our mission to empower our clients and our team members, we have spent the last 18 months developing a new service offering for clients, People Analytics. We have blended traditional actuarial analytical skills and added additional specialists with backgrounds in people analytics, software development, data science to build a team of experts covering all the very different aspects of People Analytics. We have also developed an extensive partner network to enhance the way we are able to deliver analytic solutions, in particular to make sure we stay at the forefront of the technological advancements that are happening at lightning speed in the HR space!
